企業會員分為「IICT加盟分校」及「IICT認證中心」。
加盟分校可使用IICT分校名義開辦國際證書課程，招收學員，涵蓋IICT、ITEC、ISO、韓國、台灣、中國、馬來西亞等資格。
IICT認證中心可為中心學員推薦及銜接申請IICT證書及海外專業證書（韓國、台灣、中國、馬來西亞等）。

Institutional requirements
- Institutions should have a certain strength and scale, have certain investment capabilities and good business reputation, have no losses and bad assets, and have good development prospects
- The institution includes “training” in the “business scope” of the company registry or has a local school permit
- Obtain the business license of the enterprise legal person and ensure its validity
- Have a sound financial system, standardized and complete financial accounts, and full-time financial personnel
Team requirements
- The management team should have experience in education and training or related operations and management
- Have a reliable and excellent teaching staff
- Have a scientific and objective investigation and understanding of the local education and training market, and have a more reasonable marketing plan and goal
- Acknowledge the development ideas and business management model of IICT training, agree with IICT training management concepts and future development prospects
